Content Policy & Takedowns

Every game on Playbreak has a license record before it is published: first-party originals, openly licensed games (with attribution and source links), authorized distributor embeds, or direct developer permission. We do not host ROMs, emulators, or unlicensed franchise content.

If you are a rights holder and believe content on Playbreak infringes your rights, contact us at takedown@playbreak.example (placeholder) with the game URL and the basis of your claim. We unpublish disputed content promptly while we review, and developers can request removal of their own games at any time.
